Return Policy
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a return or refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. If applicable, all accessories, parts, manuals, and inserts must be included.
Items that have been used, assembled, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
Furniture products and specialty equipment, including items such as Bailey chairs, must be unused and unassembled to qualify for a return unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.
We recommend keeping the original box and packaging for at least 30 days after delivery to help ensure safe transit if a return is needed.
If you are experiencing an issue with setup, sizing, or usage, we encourage you to contact our support team before starting a return request. In many cases we can help resolve the issue quickly.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Return Shipping and Fees
For returns requested due to customer preference, such as the item not being liked, ordered by mistake, or no longer being needed, a fixed return fee of $10 will apply. This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable in all circumstances, including standard shipping and express shipping upgrades.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a factory flaw, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@whiskerbark.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and assist appropriately.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items when explicitly marked as final sale
- Personal care or consumable products, if applicable
- Custom or personalized items, if applicable
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after processing.
Refunds exclude shipping charges and any non-refundable service fees. If applicable, the $10 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
